Position Duties Summary

  • 1.

    Maintain current client and investor relationships and identify and contact potential clients and investors in Latin America to develop relationships and new business.

  • 2.

    Create, develop, and exploit commercial opportunities to increase the company’s income through existing and potential new clients from Latin America with whom you will target, initiate, and develop a business relationship.

  • 3.

    Ensure that our real estate developers, real estate agents, and brokers, as well as service teams, are constantly appraised of the business activity, market opportunities, status, trends and business developments.

  • 4.

    Produce and deliver a sales action plan for each real estate project, achieving sales targets and using initiative to take corrective measures as needed.

  • 5.

    Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our portfolio and working knowledge of competitor offerings.

  • 6.

    Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, real estate market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.

  • 7.

    Conduct real estate market research studies to identify new opportunities to increase business and provide clients with investment opportunities.

Position Requirements:

  • 8.

    Must have a bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.

  • 9.

    Must have at least 4 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

  • 10.

    Must have experience working with Latin America’s culture and market/business real estate landscape (experience working in Latin America preferred).

  • 11.

    Must have advanced knowledge in the use of technological tools specialized in real estate, such as MLS Matrix, Zillow.

  • 12.

    Must be proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.

  • 13

    Strong communication skills.

  • 14.

    Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

  • 15.

    Excellent organizational skills.

Salary

$145,000/year.
